The press used in the ultra-compaction process has a capacity of 25,000 tons, six times more than what was previously regarded as the world’s largest press. In addition, the heat used in the process results in a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, making it Thermal Shock proof from both extreme heat and extreme cold. In real terms, this makes it highly scratch resistant and hot pots and pans can be placed directly on the surface without any danger or harm.
Using the Particle Sintering Technology (PTS) process, it has a growing international presence providing a durable alternative in both use and design.
